Overture UK down

Does anybody else have a problem getting into Overture UK?

I have been trying since Monday morning and still get the message "Due to system enhancements taking place, your request cannot be processed at this time"

Surely this is not the way to run a business?

This morning I can't get any reports for yesterday (US). I hope the "enhancements" are good for us ...
