Affiliate info at the top of landing page. How do I do that?

Hey everyone,
Quick question that I hope you can help with. Overture is requiring me to state my affiliate info on the top of the landing page. Below is an example. Anyone know how to set this up?

I'm talking specificaly about the line on the top of the page that reads "Brought to you by Widget (edited) Media Networks: XYZ (edited) Partner Network"
