Use of Overture Keyword Suggestion Tool

Hi,

since there seem to be some webpages other than overture out there, where this tool(Overture Keyword Suggestion Tool) is used, I am wondering if I could use it on my webpage to. I mean, can I query the overture-tool as often as I want? Are there any restrictions? Or is there a webservice, which I can use?
I seem to be to stupid to find any information about it, neither on the overture-page nor in the web. Maybe somebody here knows?

The tool seems to be free, and I'm aware of a small free program that includes this tool. Have you tried mailing Overture?
