The new tech guy is having a problem with his PPC software (I don't know what it is, or anything about it), but what is happening is some categories are appearing in Canada only in his PPC software, now I only deal with creating the PPC listing and putting them up, but to the best of my knowledge, there are no settings on the PPC listings side that would cause this problem and it is more likely to his PPC software,
Also overture doesn't have any regional setting like Google has does it, so i really don't understand what could be causing this error
