In the past, Overture Local advertising would have a display URL of 'business details page' on the Yahoo network.

Today, all display URLs are www.localsearchnetwork.com . At first, it seemed Overture was attempting to make some of these Overture local advertisers seem more like sites to get page views.

A whois lookup results in Microsoft owning the URL localsearchnetwork.com.

So, is MSN feeding these results?
Or, did Yahoo mean to show: "Local Search Network" instead of business details page and just not QC their own process?

The MSN feeding Yahoo was tongue & cheeck. MSN doesn't have the data to fill Yahoo local seach results.

These results are still showing on Yahoo.com for Overture local (meaning you must search for a local business on Yahoo.com which is using Overture local to advertise). It seems to be a poor QCing - just interesting they choose a name owned by MSN.
