2 Copies of statements

Every time we received a statement, we got 2 copies, does overture charge us twice? Who experience the same problem, care to share?

I have no direct experience in this.

What you can do is check Billing history. And also, if you add money manually, don't press twice on "submit", as this will result in multiple charging.

Let's hope someone with practical experience could shed some light.

Hey Wired Suzanne,

Yahoo! Search Marketing (formerly Overture) doesn’t charge for sending invoices and reports are accessible via DTC 24hrs a day.

That said, Precision Match invoices are generated as follows:

1.Invoice summary – Shows amount of activity incurred in any given month
2.Account statement – Shows any transaction that occurred in any given month (credits, payments, etc)
3.Account summary – Detailed report showing avg CPC, total clicks and final cost

An advertiser may receive an additional invoice for their Site Match Xchange acct for charges that are valid. Hope that helps, if not, feel free to send me private mail.

I got two account statements/summaries for the same site last month.

In the second e-mail was this message: "The email has been resend due to some errors."
