Overture "Search Partner" Causing Campaign to be Shut Down

In checking with a client's logs, I came across a search partner that was sending 10 times the traffic Yahoo and MSN was, and not converting a single one. Now this is an account that can spend a few thousand a day.

It has gotten to the point that it is almost becoming too much of a burden to run campaigns on Overture because of this. Every other day I send in a complaint and fraud request. The fraud requests get taken care of, but it's just become a hassle.

This site continues to operate, regardless of the fraudulent clicks. This isn't a site you'd know, and is clearly a click bot oriented site with competitive terms.

As this is a search partner, I can't turn them off. Does anyone have suggestions for solving this? The client is at a point where they'd rather not bother with Overture, regardless of the great ROI it can provide in the real search partners.

yeah.. hire a good DOS hacker and take em offline :).. did you ask overture to block that site from promoting your ads?

also, why not go to the site and make a list of all the advertisers they are using.. send them an email explaining what has been happening and ask them to check and see if they are also being defrauded..
