signing up for Overture

Ive been to there site.
Ive signed up for adsense and kanoodle.
they had a easy for publishers nd advertisers.
here theres only 1 signup that i see. and its for business that want to get there listings.
how do i signup for the PPC service

WHen i went to there earlyer befor i made this post it was asking me what type of bidding do i want to bid.

I want to make money with it like adsense now bid.

but you have to be doing 2 million searches a month to qualify for precision match, or 30 million page impressions to quality for content match. It's less than that in the UK - about 500,000 searches a month for precision match, not sure about other countries though.
