Can someone post the link to setup an account with Overture? Am I right that it operates similar to Google Adwords? Thanks

For the US market: [content.overture.com...] (copy and paste the URL, it doesn't seem to work with the WebmasterWorld redirect)

Does overture work similar to Adwords? Is their a campaign management area similar to Adwords were I can maintain all my ads and keywords? Thanks

Yes, it's similar. Overture takes longer adding your KW's and the bidding system is pure 'whoever pays the most, is at the top' CTR doesn't figure into it.
There's a bunch of other differences -- the best way to find out about them is to sign up and get started.
