Edit Listing of Entire Category?

Didn't this use to be a feature?

Maybe I've gone crazy but I thought you used to be able to edit the ad for an entire category from the Manage Categories tab under precision match.

I can't find this anywhere?

I need to make some chages but their system is so freaking slow I can't get anywehre else without it timing out.

Did they get rid of this feature or did I just dream it up?

JK, I think you can go into a category, select all the ads using the check box (up to the limit you are displaying per page) and then edit the ads in there. The next page will take a really long time to load but should be similar to the page you used when you added the terms/description/urls. You should then be able to edit in the top term and hit the "copy to next/copy down" buttons. Then hit submit, wait for a while and it should be good.

Another way if you have the bulk upload feature would be to go to your category page, use the radio button and select your category, choose download as an excel file. Edit the ads in excel and paste into a bulk upload sheet. Upload. The new changes will overwrite your old/current ads.

Thanks werty,

That's the method I have been using but for some reason I had it in mind that you could edit all the listings for a category. Maybe I just dreamed about the feature :-)
