How long does the editorial process usually take?

This is crazy, my "precision match" keyword isn't being processed.

It's the first time I am using Overture, and submitted a "keyword" on Feb 07 2005. The estimated completion date is Feb 11 2005.

It's still in the "pending listing".

I sent 3 e-mails, and 2 other e-mails with different addresses (Because I thought the first 3 were being blocked). Anyway, I never received a reply from support.

I find it ridiculous that I have to call them about that issue, I mean, this is supposed to be an "ONLINE" service.

I don't know what's wrong with their editorial process, but they have things to learn from other online PPC.

Welcome to the club, this is unfortunately the stage Overture is at right now.

I have moved many clients that rely on changing ads and products frequently to Google. I have no clue what the issue is with their system, or why it takes so long, but they are no longer a viable option for many clients.

On a side note, did anyone else read the latest Overture newsletter that said upgrades in their system have allowed 80% of all ads submitted to be up in 6 hours?

Maybe they are removing human editors out of the equation, and are letting computers do the job.

I had a few listings last week that was approved in 6 hours, the bulk in 5 days, and a few that took 8 or 9 days to get approval.
