DTC not working..

When I log into DTC it takes so long to load that i get timed out before the account status comes up.. if i try to go to categories i get the same.. the only pages that are working are reports, add keywords and the money manager..

is anyone else having this problem or just me?

They are having continuing problems (again!).

They have a warning that updating bids is not working as it should. That's been up for days.

I'm still convinced they hired all the ex-Sprinks programmers - it's like deja vue all over again.

continuing problems.. beautiful.. today is the second day i cant access my account.. well, the part of it that matters.. i guess i can dust off the old adwords account and take it for a spin while i wait..

I can access my a/c but the wrong bids are shown love now :(

I checked the "manage bids" panel and they were right but my overnight report came in with the very old bids (which were edited and approved a few weeks ago).

I checked the current bids (overture bidtool) and yes the old(higher bids) were there - totally different from that shown on the "manage bids" panel.

So how to change them? Have just emailed them and am waiting...

The reports from Feb. 22 & 23 are inaccurate.

Boy, it's frustrating. We just reactivated an account 3 days ago and we've already gone through the payment without being able to tell which terms the clicks are coming from. There are partial results but not complete.

yeah.. i cant even get the login screen.. i havent been able to access most of the site for over 2 weeks.. im scared to call them because im afraid they will delete some of my keywords to bring the total number down.. (i assume this is what is causing the problem).. and im going on a cruise tomorrow and dont want to worry about my traffic while on vacation..
