Restrict display of ads to certain countries, like Google?

My site offers a service only available to those in the US and Canada. I just crunched the numbers and roughly 15% of my clicks from Overture are coming from non-US searchers. That means I'm wasting 15% of my ad budget from the start.

Google offers a way to show your ads only to those in the countries you select. Does Overture offer this? I don't see anything about it anywhere, and they take forever to reply.

I would also give overture a call - email is slow and on the phone support is usually superb in getting you answers.
