One keyword for 2 ads within one overture account!

Could I create 2 different ads with one keyword in one account?

Our company has tow offical sites, they have same produts but different styles.

We opened a new Overture Account, and I don't know if we can create 2 ads (different description & URL) for one keyword. And while searching the keyword, the tow ads appear in the search results at the same time. Is it possible?

Must we open tow overture accounts?

Nope. You need two accounts to bid twice on the same keyword.
