If I want to advertise on Overture as an affiliate what do I need to do?

My listings got declined due to "Site Ownership".

I know that in Google I need to add "affiliate" to my text and they will allow me to advertise.

What do I need to do in Overture?

Mygem –

I’m not sure if I have enough info from your post to answer but I’ll give it a try. From what I can tell, I think to get your listing up and running you’ll need to create a landing page in between the search listing and the company site.

So it would work like this:
search listing --> affiliate's landing page/site ---> Company being promoted (their Web site)

Does this answer your question?

Thanks Overture Rep, It does answer my question.

I actually got the answer directly from yourselves by e-mail. I was very impressed by your customer service.

To do direct to affilate ads on overture you have two options.

Either send them an email asking them to change the destination url - eWhispers suggestion - has not worked for me!

Or

Just keep re-posting your ad - their system is so random an editor will eventually approve it. - this does work:)
An editor once changed my ads from aff to affilate and then approved them!
Will you get in trouble, I doubt it, to say Overture doesn't know what they are doing is being kind to them.

I can't wait for their version of AdSense :)
