I have a product that sells well through Adwords at an average CPC of 5 pence, UK money. The same program is more expensive on UK OV due to their 10p minimum bid.
Is it possible to buy this traffic via my US account and reduce the minimum bid to 10 cents, but still run the ads to UK audiences only?
