Overture Reports - help

Is there an easy way to do this?

I want to pull information for a particular set of my Overture accounts, which began in September 2003.

I can't see a way to pull data for all accounts, down to the keyword detail level (impressions, avg. position, clicks, etc.). I see that you can pull data by individual accounts, but not as an aggregate.

So I called Overture support, and the customer rep had no idea what she was doing (I'm not being dramatic, she literally had no idea how the reports even worked). I asked if there was a way to request a custom spit-out of data (even if we paid), and she said No. She said even if we spent more this was not an option. Except I seem to recall more 'custom' support in a former life where my accounts were designated as Platinum (now I'm Gold).

Can someone please help? And can you please let me know why I can't query at least a year back? 90 days seems too short.
