CPC Campaign Management Costs

I have started a couple of CPC campaigns myself but monitoring is proving to be too time consuming. I was considering the possibility of hiring someone to manage it on my behalf but I am concerned that that might be out of my budget. Can anyone give me an idea of the going rates for this service?

I am in the U.S. and rates go for around $35-45 an hour
