I found a competitor having 2 ads on overture and they are taking up the #1-#3 places on search keywords. They have different websites, but i was wondering if this goes with the rules?

This is often done on Google and Overture through a company's affiliates.

We tried that and OV made us stop. They were not aff.

Yeah this is against Overture's rules.. but it could take a while for them to notice it on their own.. couldn't hurt to give them a nudge..
