Problems with account

I can't turn my account on...am I banned?

I just signed up for Overture last week. All of my ads were approved and running...no problem. Today I logged in and noticed that all my ads were "offline" and that my account was turned off. I tryed to turn them back on but it reverts back to being off. I tryed to submit a 'Support Request Form' about this also but it won't let me submit it either. Is Overture having problems right now, is my account in trouble, or is something else up? I have a balance of $100+ so funding is definately not an issue.

Has anyone had a similiar experience or have an e-mail address or # I can reach them at? Thanks for your help!

It turns out that they had disabled my account to verify some of my personal info. It is odd that they did this without notifying me. In addition, it is odd that their customer service form didn't work. Thanks for the # I couldn't seem to find it anywhere on their site and I'm not sure if I would of been able to resolve this problem without it.

Well thats overture through and through isn't it. They sell themselves on being "search with a human face" and then forget the customer service bit that google does automatically!

Overture can have its great rewards if used properly and the time put in. Although be prepared for a bumpy ride!
