Yahoo think's I'm in Australia

So frustrating

MSN Search and Altavista both properly display Overture ads for the US when I do a search there.

However - Yahoo seems to think my IP address is in Australia. I've deleted all cookies - it is definitely based off the IP address. Even confirmed this by using a remote proxy - the problem goes away.

I'm a Roadrunner customer - on RR's network. Not sure if it is just my ip address or if other RR customers are effected. Very annoying. And I can't seem to find a way to contact Yahoo to even tell them about this :)
