I have yet to sign up for Overture - but likely will soon. Can someone give me an overview of how it works - for someone familiar with adwords?

I know the tools are not as nice as adwords... But is it as simple as adwords...

1) Configure an add with 40/90.
2) Give them a URL to connect to
3) Enter keywords with maxbid prices

Voila?

(I mean aside from getting the ad approved and a give them a credit card to charge against?)

I'd like to know what I'm walking into before possibly wasting $50. Any gotcha's other than what I've been reading in the first few pages of overture posts here?

You don't have to "waste" $50. Use www.iwant.overture.com and get a free $50 to open an account.

Don't worry about how to do it. Their signup process will hold you by the hand.
