Is Content Match effectively Adsense but for Overture? Anyone got a site with an example of Content Match in action?

is how to advertise through content match.

What if you are a site publisher and want to
carry content match ads?

Overture/yahoo doesn't seem to make finding
out how to do this very easy.

By contrast, signing up with adsense is fairly
simple.

So...how do you sign up to host content match ads?
