since yahoo has moved to overture from google. I know google has addurl. but where can i submit my website for overture to add into search engine. I don't want no bid.

If you don't want to bit then you can't add your site to Overture.
OV is a pure pay per click engine. I guess yahoo will be integrating this into other results. Your best bet it to let Yahoo! slurp take as many pages as possible and hope thay rank.
