Am I an Idiot? Can't Change Bids/Add Keywords

I'm fairly new to Overture and maybe I'm missing something but when I click on "manage products" I get a screen that says:

Pay-For-Performance Search - Manage Bids

and then a blank screen.

Normally all my listings are here but nothing today. Am I going nuts or is this a problem?

It's working now. I had to login and out about 10 times!

At least I'm not and idiot..... :-)

If you're having problems with OV, it's usually one of two reasons.

1. OV is making 'upgrades', and you just have to be patient - nothing you can do about it.

2. Switch browswers. Many people who don't use the latest version of IE have report various tech problems due to the way OV is coded. It works in a some browswers some of the time, and others most of the time, but few of them all of the time.

Well, I can't even figure out how to add any keywords. There's nothing obvious that stands out. Nowhere on any of the pages does it say "add keywords," or anything even remotely similar.

I had the exact same problem. After using the Adwords interface for so long Overture's greatly frustrates me from time to time.

To add a new listing, click on the 'manage products' tab and then move your mouse over 'pay for performance search' in the menu and select 'add listing' from the mouse over menu.
