overture's report

Anyone see in the cost repot appears one "new term" and "null term"?

We find our account sometimes would appears some fees that costed by "null term" and "new term", but their no keywords and URL. we mail to overture's support,but no resaul.
And we often find one keyword would cost more than 4 times one day, their Impr,click,total cost are different.
what are they doing?
Where is the customer's service?

Anybody happend to meet that?

General consensus of opinion seems to be that it is an Overture bug. All you can do is complain to Overture about it!

Dealing with the problem = just ignore it till it's fixed or stop using Overture ;)
