Well i hope to find out i made the smart choice.
would like some feed back as to witch is better and why.

I was in the process of signing up with one of them and the system failed 2 times.

so i went to the competitor and spent my money.

It all comes down to ROI --- I'd suggest signing up with them both since they both have ROI tools now so you can see which is most effective for yourself... it really depends on your sector.

Google Adwords, for myself, was by far superior ROI for the first year after it was unveiled... but as more advertisers have joined the ROI has dropped.

Another nice feature of Adwords is that good ads with compelling text can result in a lower CPC, thus increasing ROI.

I'd strongly suggest signing up for both Overture & Adwords and try for yourself. Also, give the Google Adwords Forum [webmasterworld.com] a look for more information - there's good reading there that should help increase your all important ROI.
