If you buy #1 keyword from overture, you are suppose to be in #1 search result in all Overture partners. It wasn't possible in MSN does anyone knows that if this is possible now,

Sometimes it is, but for more competitive keywords msn has their in-house "featured website" that get listed above the sponsered(overture) results.

MSN does NOT show EVERY single overture keyword...
