Overture Ads on Yahoo's new shopping site

The overture ads at yahoo shopping appear to be placed the wrong way round.

They are showing the highest priced ads at the bottom of the page as "sponsored listings" but at the side they are showing the rest of the ads in boxes like adwords.

So you might get better exposure by bidding low rather than high.

Maybe its deliberate to get us to sign up to their fixed price listings instead?
