Wow - what is this move all about ...maybe they want to give even more cash to Yahoo than before.

Looks like 3 sponsored links as before at page top above directory & webpages with a bonus of up to 5 more ads from Overture down the right side.

Also - anyone else notice that MSN seems to be expanding their display of Overture ads to include much more phrases too!

Yup nice find guisepi.

But to be honest I browsed your post quickly, tried the search and thought I still only see 3 OV ads. I didn't even see the righthand block on the first glance......and that leads me to believe others will skip it also.

Those ranking high in Ink and possibly L$ don't have too much to worry about by this change IMHO.

However, I am somewhat concerned about the M$ strategy, they look like they only want to grab the $$$...and that won't be a good strategy for Longhorn!

Buck up M$, get with the program or I'll be selling my stock:(

This is a big step for MSN, and a short lived experience for overture users. Trust me, I am so happy with this change - now every phrase is on MSN.

But, I can't help but think that since it's to the side, that when MSN develops their own search technology, MSN will take over this model.

Time will tell, but this is a great step, a big step, for PPC advertisers.
