Does yupimsn.com & msn.es show Oveture sponsor listings?

I can not find Overture PPC campaign on MSN.es & yupimsn.com

One of my customers want to promote site in Spain, but I can not find who power PPC for MSN.es & yupimsn.com NOW!
And I also can not find es.yahoo.com show ES's PPC.

Who would like to show me the answers!

But I can not find Overture PPC on Ya.com.
Due to recently news, T-Online continued the order with Overture, but the search results of Ya.com show enhanced by Google. And the sites ranking on top positions can not be found on [content.overture.com...] .
I am confused, does overture provides PPC for Ya.com?
Does Overture provides PPC for yupimsn.com & msn.es?
