Listings missing?

Just logged in to the new look Overture, but for some reason my listings are not showing. It says I have 24 online listings, but only one is showing.
Is anyone else seeing this? I'm sure they're pretty busy with the switch over so I don't want to call unless it's necessary, and maybe I'm just overlooking something obvious.

When you first log in, there is this message:

"DirecTraffic Center is currently experiencing technical difficulties. These difficulties may result in slow performance and/or incorrect listing information being displayed. Administrators are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Overture recommends that advertisers not log into the DirecTraffic Center at this time. "

Actually, I don't think it was THAT obvious...it took me a couple of minutes to find it when I realized most of my listings were missing.

Also, try checking in a different category. For some reason, all but a few of my 270+ listings are in unassigned now, since the upgrade.

Does anybody has any clue as to when will the system start working like earlier with all the "enhancements" in place?

Hi,

I am finding that overture is giving the option to only view data up to 13.08.03 and when i try and run a report it is saying that there is no data available. Also if i try to view 'manage listings' an internal error is displaying.

The current message from Overture:

"We are currently working to complete the previously announced upgrade to our systems and restore the performance of the DirecTraffic Center. We thank you for your patience during this process and hope that the new features we are introducing will allow your business to connect with more customers. We apologize for any inconvenience this delay may have caused. Please note: If you log into the DirecTraffic Center and experience any difficulties viewing your data, clearing your cache and/or cookies will often resolve the problem."

I have tried clearing my cache and cookies but still no joy! Is anybody else still experiencing difficulties?

Also we use GoToast to manage our bids and gotoast this morning was showing that some of our keywords were not active!

Any feedback would be much appreciated.

We are not appearing for many of our listing's on Overture though we are holding good positions on the backend.This has effected our daily traffic very much,but we are getting few clicks from the terms that are not listed in the search.Can anybody please tell me from where we are getting the clicks even by not appearing in the search results.

For the reports go to the main page- Account and under Account Summary is Account Activity- there you have an option to choose the days for which you want to view the data- last week and so on- reports are updated there account wise till 17th.

Thanks Sarah, I hadn't even noticed that. Now if I could only see my listings, which seem to have vanished again...

They are definately having MAJOR problems.

For a company of this size it's really a major blow to their credibility. The engineers and programmers blew this one. Googleplex must be enjoying this.

I could not have agreed more- there Customer service is also no help- they don't have a clue- surely they could have handled it better

I will have my fingers crossed when they have a upgrade next time- if only we can get through this one

Yeah Overture is really feeling some heat on this one. I'm surprised too, because when they have system upgrades things ususally roll-out MUCH smoother than any Google upgrades (my opinion). But this one is a major botch job. I actually beta tested the new tools for them and it's not going to revolutionize anything we do. What of course they want to do is promote their tracking features so that they can understand how much business clients are closing.

Anyway yesterday at 1pm EST U.S> I spoke to customer service about when reports would be back up. She indicated she just received a memo saying all reports would be back online in 2 hours. Well that was 18 hours ago. Nice work Overture; I just love how their automatic billing tool was never affected. I love getting billed for traffic I've never actually seen :)

This is may be one of the all time technical botches. Overture should compensate all advertisers for this - what do you think the chances are of that? Zero to nill?

I think they sure must- right now all of us are so much into the overture getting back onto its feet

This really deserves a refund- they don't even give us a credit when the funds are out and when they are on the wrong they need to give some freebies. I just hope that things are sorted before the weekend- the way they have been dragging this all we can do is hope.

I would like to know if somebody has talked to them today and has a clue as to what is happening.

Just wondering if you all are keeping your accounts up during this time, or having them taken offline until Overture is back to "normal"?

My listings are showing up again but they're all showing low click indexes. No reports as yet - they are in major trouble.

There's no way there's going to be any kind of compensation for this inconvenience. IF there was some kind of monthly service charge then that would be a different story. But in this case, ain't gonna happen. I mean they are trying to get acquired, they're not gonna pay out $$$
