T-Online, one of Europe's largest Web access providers, on Thursday signed a multiyear deal with Google for search services, severing its contract with rival Overture Services early.
Looks like Overture wants to sue to enforce its contract. If T-Mobile has a "change in control" provision in its contract, though, it sounds like Overture's case would be weak.
From what I can see from our results and competition it won't be that big a loss. The results on Over DE are horrible and with the minimum going to Euros 0.15 this weekend it will be worse. Time to bail out.
