Changing domains on Overture

Should I change my listings?

This is really confusing, and I really need some good advice...
I have had the same listings on Overture for a couple years now. Recently, our site has been updated and we have added a bunch new information and subdirectories to the site.

Now that the updated site is published, we are using a different domain name. My Overture listings currently show www.red-widgets.com which is now only a small section of the newly expanded site that goes by the company name(www.companyname.com)

We still own the domain www.red-widgets.com and do not want to lose the presence of that site on the Web, but the new updated site www.companyname.com also exists now.
And the section on the new site that talks about red widgets has the URL www.companyname.com/red_widgets/index.htm, so does that mean we have to switch the domain on our current Overture listings to the new domain? Or can I just leave it since both sites exist separate from each other?
I don't want to be labeled a spammer, but the content on the red-widgets.com site is almost identical to a subdirectory on our new expanded site.
Would it be best to just forward the old domain to the new one?
