All keywords return no terms. Think they're shutting down the tool?

If they shut down the suggestion tool, that would be huge news. No luck for me either right now.

Heck you are right! Guess, this has got to do something with the new acquisition deal. Perhaps its time to bid a bye-bye to the excellent tool. I hope not! :(

I can't imagine why this would be related to the Yahoo buyout, since the merger does not close till the end of the year. Could be a database issue. I can't see it being discontinued, althrough they could put it behind one of those verification codes.
If it isn't a glitch, then it is likely a change in function or accessability.

That sounds likely, though usually they announce stuff in their newsletters, right? Hm, must be a glitch, then. Perhaps server overload?

pheeewwwww....

I think this affected more people in real time than the whole Yahoo buying Overture :)

Now remember there is NO need to start storing your searches for every month on your chosen research keywords.

NOT like they will ever disable it.

that's true, but they might decide to take it behind closed doors (or require sign up before you access it...) which I would NOT like :(

Well we're getting progress. The keyword search utility is up, but they're using a historic database. It seems like non of us apart from Overture had the Internet back in the days....

HTTP Error 406? I have never heard of that one and I know most of them lol

I must not be acceptable to Overture, oh well time for a new career. BTW the UK and US tools get the same error. Seems literally everything is offline.

Just spoke to Overture UK customer services. They say that the problem is just a temporary glitch.

They are not sure how serious the problem is, but their tech team are working on it ... and the tool should be back in action soon.
