Beware, directory listings may be harmful

I recently had a couple of pages listed on Zeal. Now, Overture shows the Zeal title for the page rather than the actual title. The Zeal title does not contain any keywords. The page has actually fallen down the SERPS. Also, the description displayed is the Zeal description not the META description of the page.

Is it me or this lunacy?

If results are shown on Overture then I'd suggest the result is a backfill result and not an "overture" result.
