Has anybody else noticed that after you submit listings that some titles get the "keyword" placed into your overture title?

I thought i was seeing things but i would submit something like:

General Wiget - Free Shipping

then it would show up as:

Exact Keyword - Free Shipping

.....? :oP

Overture guidelines state that you should have the keywords bidded for in title and description. So this might be the case the editors made changes to your post.

Overture UK also states that you should have the company name if you sell goods. I thought I was seeing things when my company name was added to the end of some recently added keywords. But they had spelt my company name wrong on every instance...

OV's guidelines suggest that you should have the keyword in the title and copy, not that you have to have it there. They havn't changed my ads but they have added keywrods that I didn't want (and have had to delete b/c we have agreements with our vendors not to advertise on them). It could be a new editors who is just way to helpful.

I'd call or email about it if it is something you don't want done. They may put a note on your account to help prevent it.

I have never been required to put our company name, but then again, our company name is the URL, so maybe that counts. Here in the US, I don't think I've even seen a guideline that says we must have the company name but with OV's guidelines, it seems that there is no comprehensive public posting of them.
