Here is MTD info for one account we manage.

Overture:
$6260 per 1000 "Paid Introductions"
Conversion rate = 4.4

adwords:
$6794 per 1000 referrals
Conversion rate = 5.2

Overture does bring us twice the traffic in that industry.

From online article:

• One thousand clicks from Overture generate almost double the average revenue as 1,000 clicks from Google's product.
• Overture's higher conversion rate generates 30 percent more sales for the same number of clicks.

That doesn't mean anythign unless the settings for the AdWords campaign are known.

Unless people use negative words and quotes they may get more clicks from less targetted users.

Seems to be more posters in general in the Adwords forum. Probably becuase most posters here are Google freaks.
