2 weeks ago I complaint to Overture as I found a few competitors of mine doing clicks on our site. I caught them since for 2 months I paid more then for the all last year alone. So I got a program that allows me to "see" everyone on the site live.
My problem is that even after one email and a phone call a week later they only said that they are investigating the matter. 2 weks went by and no response.

Does anyone out there had any similar problems with overture? and what do you suggest me to do. This was a big problem as I was getting clicks galore and no sales! So it raise some suspiction as we paid in 2 months more then last year and with almost zero sales.
Anyone can help? any ideas? did this happen to anyone?

Welcome to WebmasterWorld, Carlos.

Competitive clicking can definitely be a problem with any PPC. What I would do is the following:

Log everything. Get a stats package with an ROI module.

Double check your keywords, landing pages, creative, copy, etc.

Test the waters with Google AdWords [adwords.google.com], if you haven't already.

The reach is similar, and the audience has a bit of an overlap with the sites Overture reaches.

If you are spending enough with Overture, get an account manager. You could get one for as little as $3K per month in spending, but that was a while ago, I think they go for $5K a month now. :)

Also, they have other perks available for higher spending...

Hope that helps. :)
