IGETNET? Shady Referral Traffic?

Hi,

Over the last month or so, a particular IP has been showing up as one of our top referrers. It only displays the IP, which I tracked back to the provider, everyone's internet. After doing some googling, it appears this IP is doing some kind of keyword tracking for IGETNET?

Does anyone have any additional background information on this IP, and it's relationship to IGETNET? Is this on the up and up, or is it shady and something that may cause brand damage? (I work for a retail site... just want to make sure we handle this appropriately...)
