Seeking PPCSE That Covers Thailand

Pay Per Click needed for English language searches from Thailand

I'm looking for a regional PPCSE listing service whose influence extends to search results delivered to searchers who initiate English language searches from Thailand (and surrounding countries of Indo-China).

My Overture listings produce nothing in response to searches initiated from Thailand.

My main target engines are MSN and Yahoo, plus lesser search engines offered by various ISPs in Thailand.

Can anybody point me in the right direction?
