ValleyAlley: 22 million searches per month (according to ValleyAlley). Haven't tried it yet.

Metamission: Let me guess. One search per month? My $50 is still there - nice and shiny.

Others: Email them. This is a basic question that you must ask PPCs before signing, especially the lesser known ones. Sometimes they even give you the list of partners.

I don't have traffic stats, but have tried all of them. For me, Search 123 and Pageseeker/Roar convert well. I'd forget the others...

I would NOT reccomend searchboss. My company was using them when I first came on for SEO and a kinda CPC. They use spam tactics on other search engines to get traffic to their search engine. Bad, bad, bad... Clicks did not convert well at all due to this.

I tend to disagree. SearchBoss worked fine for my limo service client. In fact they have traffic in place with a number of the other CPC's and now with the Opera Browser. I would say the traffic is of fair quality. The infodepot is also a friendly search engine. And Goclick has always been one of my favorites.
