I have read post about how difficult it is to clone a findwhat account. I have not had a problem.

Having just taken over a clients PPC management I asked the client to clone their account to add the billing info. It became a prollllem.

I called customer service [866-220-0086] and they called the client and fixed the account.

The best PPC cs folks I've had the pleasure of dealing with in a long time.

Lycos AdBuyer customer service is handled by FindWhat - atleast the email queries. I think FindWhat handles all the AdBuyer related enquiries (as a part of their agreement with Lycos)

Talking about customer service, what do you think about Google AdWords' customer service?

I personally feel that the quality of answers provided by the AdWords team has deteriorated over the past 2 months. I am not talking about their response time here. They do respond within 24 hours. But they just do not seem to read the question properly. All they seem to be giving is standard responses.

For example -

Question: Stats not updating
Answer: Server Delay blah blah

Question: Ads not being displayed for the keywords
Answer: Your daily budget is lower than the recommended amount blah blah

and so on...
