There are plenty of threads in here on the topic, but I think that it is safe to say that Overture and Google Adwords are by far the top two.

Overture supplies to Yahoo, AV, Lycos, and MSN (sometimes)as well as numerous others.

Google Adwords show up on Google and AOL among others.
