Which PPC engines offer their results?

Would like to use them on my own SE

I have a small, regional search directory (not the profile site) which takes its SERPs from manually submitted and human-reviewed directory listings and then uses DMOZ data if no matches are found.

However, I know that some PPC engines (e.g. espotting, overture, etc.) offer out their data on an affiliate basis, offering revenue to 3rd parties for each click. I'd like to incorporate something like this in my own SE, as a "Sponsored Listings" section, thereby earning a small amount for each click my visitors make on such listings.

Anybody know of any PPC SE's that offer something like this and do not require a massive amount of traffic to get approved? (My SE gets approx. 2000 unique visitors and 10000 searches per week).

I think if you contact the engines with coverage in the country / region / language you are promoting in and ask them, they can probably help you out.

For that much traffic, you should be able to get something started.

Almost all of them have coverage (Spain & Portugal are my own areas), but very few will now accept you unless you can prove you have a massive amount of searches (like more than 20 times my own traffic).

Espotting actually sought me out last year and accepted me, but I didn't do anything about it, they disabled my account and now they're umming and ahing about letting me back in, because they've grown a hundred fold and I haven't.

One exception is Turbo10.com, but they only have 600 advertisers (their own words), so even a general search for "spain" only comes up with one sponsored listing.

Make sure these guys are fast. If you are meta-searching PPCSE's it can potentially put a strain on your results.
