Clustered PPC listings....Yum

Just wanted to get some ideas on the benefits of listing with a clustered results engine that is primarily a CPC.

My thoughts are that this would be more targeted than any other CPC out there because of the relevant nature of the search. Take for example Vivisimo.com, they claim to an unbelivable CTR. I have used the site and actually now exclusivly use the site over Google. In fact compared to Vivisimo, Google looks like they pooped their results on the page hoping that someone will find what they are looking for.

Now imagine my listing sitting in the clustered results. So if I am paying for Limos as the keyword, my listing show up under Limos, but also luxury transportation or even the demograhic match like limos in...

Any thoughts?
