Google Bulk Listings Editor

anyone know what's up with this?

about a month or so ago, Google announced their "bulk" listings feature - i dont have the details here, and i've never used it. i think i lost the announcement email to my spam filter.

anyway, i noticed last week that there were links inside the account management system to this tool/feature. today, i cant find those links.

has anyone used this feature, and if so do you have any info on why its down and/or when it will be back up again.

even more useful, perhaps, would be a summary of what, exactly, its supposed to do. i was under the impression that it was going to facilitate unique URLs and/or titles/descriptions for each keyword (rather than per campaign).

anyone want to shed light on the subject?
what are they calling it, exactly?
