When I signed up they said we accept only publishers of websites targeting the us. I not so keen on completing my application. anyone in similar situation

It depends. If your site is mostly aimed at foreigners and don't get much traffic from the US of A you shouldn't bother. Clicks are not counted if they are maid by non-usa residents.

well, there the clause of having a us tax id or social security number, how do I do it without it, even though it was not said on their sign up page but it appears on their invitation, should I try it?

the application clearly says USA only.. if you aren't living in the USA then do not bother as they will reject your application.

Any idea when its going to launch to all publishers? I lives outside USA but got major traffic from USA only.
