U.S. Judge Rules Data Breach Victims Can Sue Yahoo

The long running saga of Yahoo's data breach continues, and this time a U.S. judge has ruled that victims can sue Yahoo, despite a bid from Verizon to have it blocked.

Clearly, this is going to run and run for some time to come.
