First time poster, long time reader! Hope this is the right forum for this, apologies if not.
I have built an html email newsletter system that is currently exclusively used by some of my clients (ie not publicly available). The subscription forms are all double opt-in and I'm pretty careful about who gets access so it's not going to be used for spam etc.
I have used the Yahoo Mail Bulk Sender Form to supply our details in the hope of letting our client's customers get their intended emails (this is mainly affecting custs of yahoo's partner the isp xtra in NZ). When I submitted the form there was no indication that the form had been processed and it'd be answered. I also didnt get any confirmation email to the address I supplied. I've checked the junk folder.
Has anyone used this form? Had any luck getting a reply? I'm not sure whether to wait for an answer that may not come... I'd appreciate any advice etc.
